The bulk of the yardage from this course comes from the par fours. Five of the ten par fours are 450-500 yards with one under 350 yards and another one over 500 yards. Three of the four par threes are over 200 yards. The three par fives are the three easiest holes on the course and range from 550-600 yards.

Missing greens isn’t the end of the world with scrambling being easier at TPC Craig Ranch but it could hinder some needed scoring opportunities. There are bunkers surrounding many of the greens and over the last three years, the golfers who have finished in the top 5 have more than doubled the field in sand saves.
Bombers have a slight advantage off the tee with driving distance being over tour average at 295 yards. Fairways are hit at a 60% clip which is basically right at tour average.
The field at the Byron Nelson consists of 156 golfers with the Top 65 and ties making the cut after 36 holes to play the weekend.
