My Core Four

Scottie Scheffler $11,300
DK Ownership 23%
Rory Mcllroy $10,600
DK Ownership 25%

I know it’s been a year of longshot winners but I’m backing the two at the top here. Both have great course history a d have been playing well. I likely won’t have many lineups with the two of them together but I fully expect them to be competing on Sunday.

Jordan Spieth $9,400
DK Ownership 15%

Spieth will be my main golfer when not playing Scottie or Rory.

Spieth has finished in 4th place in both appearances at Bay Hill. He gained eight strokes tee to green in 2023 and 7.5 strokes tee to green in 2021. He actually had several birdie chances last year that could have put him in the lead but was unable to capitalize.

He’s played well so far this year with a 6th place last time out at the Waste Management, 39th at Pebble Beach and 3rd at the Sentry.

Over the last 50 rounds, Spieth is 11th in bogey avoidance, top 24 in good drives gained and strokes gained off the tee. He’s also 5th in sand saves and 6th in par five scoring.

Jake Knapp $7,600
DK Ownership 14%

In Knapp’s last four tournaments he’s finished 4th, 1st, 28th and 3rd. He’s gained strokes on approach in all four tournaments gaining an average of 4.55 strokes.

Over the last 24 rounds he’s 7th in bogey avoidance, 7th in sand saves, 24th strokes gained approach, 22nd from 200+ yards and 28th off the tee.

DK Ownership by Tier

$7k- Keegan Bradley 20%
$6k- Erik Van Rooyen 13%

Fades

Will Zalatoris $8,900

I’m a Zalatoris fan and he’s been playing well but he has not faired well his last two times at Bay Hill finishing 53rd last year and 38th in 2022. He’s lost strokes putting in all three of his appearances here. Before you bring up his recent form just know that he came 4th at the Genesis last year prior to his 53rd at the Arnold Palmer.
